Shipping & Returns.

Shipping

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post and costs a flat CHF 8.90. Orders from CHF 150 ship free of charge. The shipping cost is shown to you in the cart and at checkout before the purchase.

Delivery time

We usually ship in-stock items within a few working days of receiving payment. In case of delays we inform you by email.

No collection for online orders

Online orders cannot be collected at the atelier. The online shop delivers exclusively by shipping within Switzerland. Collection at the atelier applies only to work arranged offline in the atelier – for example alterations or dresses you buy, rent or have made on site.

Returns and exchange

Unworn, unaltered items in original condition and with the tag can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before a return at info@olesja.ch.

Excluded from return are individually made or altered pieces as well as items that cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons. You bear the cost of the return, provided there is no defect. In case of a defect, we will find a fair solution together.

Payment

Payment is made securely via Stripe by credit card or TWINT. The goods remain our property until full payment.
