Contact and enquiry form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide, in particular name, email address, telephone number, request, event date and message. The processing serves to answer your enquiry and to prepare possible appointments or orders.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or the corresponding consent under the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Form messages are sent via the transactional email service Resend, once sending is configured for production. Replies are made via the email address you provided.

Online shop and orders

When you order in the shop, we process the data necessary to handle it: first and last name, email address, the delivery address for shipping and the order details. We use this data for contract handling, order confirmations and delivery.

Payment is processed via the payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). You enter your payment data (e.g. card or TWINT details) directly at Stripe; we do not receive full payment-method data, only a payment confirmation and the details relating to the order. For shipping, we forward the delivery address to the commissioned shipping provider. Confirmation emails are sent via Resend.

Hosting and technical data

The website is operated on server infrastructure in Europe. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, browser information and the requested URL may be processed in server logs.

Fonts

The website loads font files exclusively from our own server (olesja.ch). No fonts are retrieved from external providers such as Google Fonts. The locally hosted fonts Inter (body text) and Cormorant Garamond (headings) are used.

Cookies and tracking

Technically necessary cookies and server logs are used without consent. For advertising measurement we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to recognise whether visitors send an enquiry or book an appointment after clicking an ad. The pixel is only loaded once you agree in the cookie notice.

Meta may process technical data such as IP address, browser information and page views. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or the revDSG. You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time via «Cookie settings» in the footer of the website.

Your rights

You can request information, correction or deletion of your data, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Please contact info@olesja.ch for this.
