General terms and conditions.
This page prepares the legal framework for appointment booking, deposits and later online orders. A final review is required before activating Stripe and shop functions.
Contracting party
The contracting party is OlesJa GmbH, Rütistrasse 6, 8733 Eschenbach, Switzerland (UID CHE-240.736.663).
Services and appointments
We offer consultation, fitting, alterations and adjustments by personal arrangement. Scope, feasibility and price depend on the garment, material, schedule and desired alterations.
Consultation / fitting
For consultation and fitting, the working value is CHF 50 for approx. 90 minutes. We credit the amount towards a purchase or order, provided this is confirmed during the appointment.
Alterations and adjustments
We charge alterations by effort, by cost estimate or on request. A binding price arises only after inspecting and discussing the garment. Our hourly rate is CHF 80, the minimum charge CHF 60 (45 minutes). Prices cannot be given by phone, as the actual effort can only be assessed after a personal fitting.
Fitting and preparation
Please bring to the fitting all necessary shoes as well as – if required – shaping underwear, suitable underwear or the appropriate bra. Missing shoes, underwear, bras or necessary accessories may require a further fitting. We reserve the right to refuse soiled garments.
No-show and cancellation
In the event of a no-show, late cancellation or rescheduling, the consultation fee of CHF 50 is not refunded. Consultation fees already paid are not refunded.
Express enquiries
Express and last-minute adjustments cannot be booked directly. We first check feasibility. As a working rule, a surcharge of approx. 30% on the regular price applies.
Deposits and online payment
Once online appointment booking is activated, deposits can be processed via Stripe and supported payment methods such as card or TWINT. The final payment, cancellation and rescheduling rules will be added before activation.
Online shop: purchase contract
In the OLESJA online shop we sell dresses and accessories. By completing the order and paying via Stripe, a binding purchase contract is concluded between you and OlesJa GmbH. Availability and price are determined by the status at the time of the order. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you and refund amounts already paid.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and – where we are liable for VAT – include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Any shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed.
Shipping and collection
During the ordering process you choose between shipping (within Switzerland and Liechtenstein) and collection at our atelier in Eschenbach SG. For shipping, the flat rate shown at checkout applies; delivery time depends on availability and the chosen shipping provider. For collection, we will notify you once your order is ready.
Returns and exchange
Unworn, unaltered items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Excluded are individually made or altered pieces as well as items that cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons. You bear the return shipping costs, provided there is no defect. Please contact us before a return at info@olesja.ch.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of OlesJa GmbH until full payment.
